Dr shahine is a very qualified and capable
physician with an extensive experience in the Art and science of
medicine . He is committed and dedicated to give his patients the most

After receiving his Baccalaureat in Mathematics, Dr Shahine attended the
American University of Beirut where he received his bachelors' degree in
sciences and biology, achieving the Deans Honor’s List on several
occasions. He then attended the School of Medicine at the same
university from which he graduated in 1989 with a degree of Doctor of
Medicine.
Dr Shahine’s post doctorate training includes a residency in the field
of Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology , where he is a Diplomat
American Board certified. After that Dr Shahine went on to receive
additional training in lasers and laser surgery, endoscopic and
minimally invasive surgery, bioidentical hormone therapy, alternative
medicine, aesthetic and cosmetic medicine and surgery, and in anti-aging
medicine in which he is also a Diplomat Board certified.
Dr Shahine is also a superb physician and teacher. in 1996 he was a
clinical instructor in at the NYU School of Medicine. n 1998 he was the
Chief of the Section of Endoscopic and Vaginal surgery at the Catholic
Medical Center of St Mary’s Hospital .
In 1999 Dr Shahine was voted the physician/ Teacher of the Year by the
residents and medical students at St. Mary’s hospital .
In 2005 Dr Shahine received an honorary proclamation from the the
Borough President of Brooklyn, NewYork for his excellent work and
service to the community.
In 2008 Dr shahine was one of only seven doctors in the whole
Continental United States of America to receive the prestigious Award of
Excellence in Cosmetic Surgery Educa-tion from The American Academy of
Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr Shahine is also an inventor and an innovator in the field of
medicine:

procedures and instruments and is the coinventor of the TOPAL
liposculpture technique that leads to a superb and excellent skin
retraction and tightening resulting in an excellent, beautiful and
marvelous outcome for the patient.

children and lives with his family in NewYork City.
